The Los Angeles apartments were completely renovated in 2017. They are located next to the Plaza de España in one of the most central and quiet areas of San Antonio. Located in the centre of an area of great commercial attraction, well communicated with the rest of the main points of the island of Ibiza and only 100 m. from the port. Very close to the new San Antonio Yacht Club and the newly built promenade, from where you can watch the best sunsets on the island, while having a drink on one of the terraces in the area.

The purchase of bookings offered by the On-Line Booking Service of www.blauparchotels.com, implies the acceptance by the guest of each and every one of the general conditions that are considered an integral part of the booking and are completed with the specific applicable legislation. Please note that the booking will not be final until the deposit has been paid.

At the time of booking, a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay corresponding to the booking is made by secure card payment, and this booking will not be considered firm until the deposit is made, except for non-refundable rates where the payment will be for 100% of the amount. The rest of the payment must be made at the beginning of the provision of the service (except for non-refundable rates). The expenses incurred by the guest during their stay will be paid at the end of their stay in the establishment. Entry to the room will be from 2.00 p.m. and check out at 2.00 p.m. A one-day booking means that the guest has the right to be in the room from 12 noon from the day reserved to 12 noon the following day. Before or after these hours the guest is only entitled to deposit their luggage in the room provided for this purpose and to use the shower room. The establishment reserves a maximum term of 72 hours to cancel the booking. In this case, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded, including non-refundable fees.

From 1 day: 25% of the total amount of the booking

When making the booking, the guest is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all the information they provide. If this is found to be incorrect, it may lead to the cancellation of the booking.
